Now that lawmakers in Washington, DC have approved the much-needed funding to save hundreds of thousands of educator jobs nationwide’¦we want to know if you are seeing the results.
Congress and President Obama intended for this money to be used to return laid off teachers and education support professional to the classroom to help ensure that students receive the quality education they deserve.
If you are an educator who was told you would not be returning in September and you have just received notice that you are heading back to the classroom’¦tell us your story.
Also, tell us what’s happening with the money from the Education Jobs Fund in your community. Is it being used to re-hire laid off educators or are state and local officials trying to squirrel the money away for some other future use?

Children in need of clothing and school supplies. Single father just can’t provide enough money for these items. He is feeding them and putting a roof over there head. PLease can we get some help.
