Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas sits down with National Education Association Vice President Lily Eskelsen to discuss the DREAM Act, which would allow immigrant students with good character to obtain conditional permanent resident status after high school graduation, and then apply for citizenship if they successfully graduate from two years of college or serve two years in the armed forces.
